Bike to Work Week

This week has been bike to work week! Here at the Urban Farmhouse, we are major fans of healthy lifestyles, in our stores it’s through our produce and carefully sourced café ingredients. We proudly support efforts such as Bike to Work Week and we challenge all of you to take it a step further and regularly cycle to work.

Benefits of cycling to and from work is are:
